buds on the maple tree
growth on the blackberry bramble
The warmth returned yesterday so we spent the evening with friends, out on the deck, watching the kids, in short sleeves with slightly chilly arms, racing around the yard. I sometimes find it hard to be in the moment and also take pictures, so the greenery will have to suffice for today. More pictures tomorrow!
First Dandelion!!! I was so excited to see this. We haven't seen one yet, but they are coming! We had gorgeous weather too yesterday, today not so good!
ReplyDeleteSigh....It'll be awhile before we can really see any signs of spring....But for tomorrow, we WILL go outside to search for any signs-o-life!!!
ReplyDeleteYea spring!
ReplyDeleteA dandelion! I can't believe it! That makes me happpy. :)
Grady totally bypassed my carefully planned garden and picked all the "so pee-tee fow-ers" he found in the grass-- weeds, of course! Isn't spring in our area just the best!
ReplyDeleteyou have dandelions? oh i can't wait to see the first dandelion here.
ReplyDeleteLove those signs of spring. I enjoyed some outside time with my kids yesterday as well and didn't get any pictures.....living in the moment. :)
ReplyDeleteYippppee! Can't wait for spring.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for spring to come. I think this is the first year I really look forward to spring. I think it is because of the new found awareness of the changing of the season and seeing things from children.
ReplyDeleteFabulous capture of signs of spring. :)
Oh...first dandelion. I love dandelions. Especially when a little one picks a handful and hands them to you like it's a bouquet of roses. Which it's BETTER than a bouquet of roses in my opinion!
ReplyDeleteAh, the dandelions! Spring must be here.
