*sigh* The bane of every late November. Trying to get 4 kids to smile pretty while looking at the camera while not acting like I'm aiming a fireplace poker in their direction to achieve said smiles. Did I mention natural smiles were the hardest part to effectuate? Did I mention that I had to bribe them with a trip to Whole Foods for gelato?
Without further ado...
My 2009 attempt:
And an extra one because they look so stinkin' cute in their mama-made hats belting out Jingle Bells on the steps (except Finn, who is highly suspicious as to why I'd be photographing such a moment).
Cute! I'm not even making the effort this year...
ReplyDeleteoh your kids are adorable. :) Just darling.
ReplyDeleteI'm taking a pass on Christmas cards this year. I *think* I'm ok with that.
Love, love, love them both!
ReplyDeleteI have 2 good photos of all three kids this year, and since the last one was taken back in June... everyone has seen it. So this year just having to do a card with a picture of each kid separately
Happy Holidays to you too!
So sweet!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, they look so cute!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteBoth photos are precious! And you're a brave mama for even trying! In past years I have just taken a nice photo from Zach from sometime in the year and used that. Or last year we used some of his artwork which we may do this year. I am a slacker, still figuring it out.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute picture! Love it.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about natural smiles. Hannah has such a gorgeous smile, but when she smiles for the camera .... not so pretty. Very forced looking.
They are soooo cute!
ReplyDeleteFinn just steals my heart in that orange cap! Ugh. :) Merry Christmas!!
ReplyDeleteWho wouldn't want one of those christmas cards? They are soooo cute!
ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays!
Lisa
