Our festival community's annual May Day festival was today. As usual there was delicious food, delightful music, lovely dancing around the maypole, and many frolicking children romping through the spring grass (and trees and creeks).
I could give you a blow-by-blow of the day's events, but I think the pictures speak more eloquently than I could. A lovely spring day that we joined together as a community to celebrate the beginning of life...from the wee babes in our group to the new life in our gardens. Welcome, Spring!
